Assignment 28A: Your Exit Strategy

Me Exit Strategy
I intent to sell my business for a large return, because my true passion in life is being able to inspire others and travel the world. To achieve this, I need to build up my platform as an entrepreneur, and be able to be self-sufficient. I do not want to be tied down to any one company or business. It has definitely influenced the decisions I would want to make with my concept. I would want to find people to work for my business that are passionate in their specific areas, whether it is product design, or management, and assign them roles within the business. That way they can do what they are passionate about, while at the same time growing a profitable business.

  1. Perla, I think you that it is a very good idea to find people who are also passionate about your business because you want to ensure that your business is going to flourish even after you have moved on. I also understand your reasoning for wanting to sell your business and think that you have a very good plan in place.

  2. Hi Perla! I love that you want to be able to travel the world and be completely self sufficient by starting up major companies and selling them for the highest profit. I think it's a really good idea since you don't want to be tied down to anything that would hold you back from doing what you love. Follow your passion. Great post!

  3. Hey Perla,
I chose the same exit strategy as you did and for similar reasons as well. I view my entrepreneurship journey as the means to an end goal of being independent and being able to do what I really want to with my life instead of working until I'm too old to have any fun. I think following your passion is a great idea and I hope it is something you will be able to do sooner than later.
